Situated in our renovated heritage space at 63 Eighth Avenue ​in the heart of the Maylands town centre, we provide flexible ​coworking and office spaces, meeting and boardroom ​facilities along with our unique 'pop up' shop/flexible event ​space.


With coworking membership options starting from $33* a ​day for a day pass, we can cater for the solopreneur through ​to an office team of 2+ people.

For 1 - 6 people

We have private office spaces for teams of 1 - 6 people. All inclusive pricing means you just need to bring your laptop or PC. Contact us for more information.

Coffee Shop

Open to the public

We have a fully stocked coffee shop serving the finest coffee from Delinquent Coffee Roasters. We also love to grill up our favorite sangas from Toastface Grillah. Our coffee shop is open to the public.

Boardroom, Meeting room & Event Space

Seats up to 12 people

Full boardroom facilities including Video Conferencing BYOD setup. 4k 65' Display, whiteboard and on table charging.

With over 10 years in the real estate industry as a commercial agent, Oliver understands the importance of co-working and building the right environment to make your business succeed.


Oliver holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Curtin University. When he is not slinging coffees, checking in with members or welcoming guests he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and watching soccer.
